Just spent a night at this lovely hotel. Location central to town and easy to get to. Immediately from the entrance It feels cosy and inviting and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and beautifully designed with chocolate artwork. I would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend it to all.
Absolutely love this hotel! The staff are very attentive and the rooms are clean and tidy. As you may expect, there's a theme throughout the hotel, with free chocolate scattered around and all of the rooms related to chocolate in one form or another. Definitely recommended as somewhere to stay that's close to all of the local amenities.
Extremely pleasant staff who are really personable, exquisitely decorated room, home made chocolates were very tasty including a well put together hamper waiting for us when we arrived. The bed was very comfy and we had a great nights sleep, the hotel was situated in a quiet area although it is only a few minutes out from the town centre. Breakfast was of great quality and was served promptly with a smile. Overall we'd definitely recommend to anyone.
A different hotel experience, a lovely change from the big chains. The staff are fabulous. Lots of chocolate Made to feel very welcome and comfortable. Room a bit on the small side but its an old building with character so you can't expect a massive room. It's a bit quirky with great service and loads of chocolate so what's not to love
A lovely quirky little hotel with great service and a well cooked breakfast! I liked the chocolate fountain, white chocolate, milk chocolate and dark chocolate available 24/7!! One piece of advice to the hotel is to clean behind the sofas in the room and possible chocolate themed or cocoa based toiletries in the bathroom. They also have an honesty bar open till 10.30pm on the weekends! Otherwise highly recommend!
Staff were very friendly and rooms well themed. We stayed in a suite with a chocolate fountain. Make sure you bring extra dips as you get so much chocolate! Breakfast was lovely with food cooked to order and the hotel is well positioned between the town and seafront. Would definitely come back again :)
Been three times now to the hotel! Friendly staff on reception always happy to help. Rooms are all unique with some nice touches and extras available such as my favourite the chocolate foutain! I stayed last night and it was a lovely touch for valentine's to have towels made into swans and a decorated chocolate heart on the bed complete with rose petals! It's a great location with parking either in the hotel or out on the quiet road outside. It's very easy to get to and my go to choice now for Bournemouth breaks and special occasions! Highly recommended!
